End of the season celebration information:

Due to the number of games and players and families that will be at the fields next weekend, we are looking at extending the End of Season Celebration to the entire weekend (Saturday, 6/28 and Sunday, 6/29):

There will be:
Recreational inflatables, a big tent and and much, much more!!!
Maynards burgers/chips combo for $5
T-shirts will be for Sale (great coaches gifts and end of season souvenirs) $10 and $15
Fall Ball sign up

Please let me know by Sunday (6/22):
The times that work for you for the girls to receive trophies from the following list - Sat. (6/28) @ 10:30 a.m., Sun. (6/29) @ noon or 2:00. We'll go with whatever works for the most families.
I would also like to know if you would like to purchase food from the concessions/Maynards or if you would prefer a potluck for the team.

I will start collecting $10/family on Sunday for this end of the season event so please bring cash or a check if your family will be able to be there next weekend.

One more request - please get any digital pictures to Denise via email or a CD by Sunday (6/22) as she will be putting together a video for the girls.

Thanks for your input and we'll see everyone at the ball park this Sunday for the game at 1:00 pm on field #4.
