MGSA Resource Reservation

Before using this tool, click on documentation to access the instructions for it's use.

A few things to be aware of:

1.) You must register before using the tool. You do this by clicking on the link below.

2.) Until the administrator gives you permission to access a resource, all you can do is look.

3.) The intention of this tool is to allow everyone to see who has a resource reserved and to see what resources are currently available.

We are trying to determine just how best to use this tool. It can help to save alot of emails from having to go around. There is also a lot of setup involved, so I started with just the MHS batting cage and the 3 Legacy fields that are available for use.

Hopefully this tool will help us stay organized more than it will hinder our organization.
